Robyn's Stuffed Mushrooms
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
3 oz. cream cheese
2 T. butter
1 t. Italian dressing mix
Rinse mushrooms. Chop stems and saute in butter. Add cream cheese and dressing mix. Stir until smooth. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps and broil 8 minutes.
