2 onions, chopped
3 lbs. ground beef
1 t. pepper
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. cottage cheese
Brown onion and beef; drain. Add pepper, tomato sauce, and flour. Cook and stir 3 minutes. Place mixture in pie crusts. Combine eggs and cottage cheese. Pour over meat mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until filling is set and crust is golden.
