Hummus

Good with crackers, chips, or veggies!
2 c. cooked garbanzo beans
¼ -½ c. water
¼ c. tahini
¼ c. lemon juice
1 t. cumin
¼ t. chili powder
4-6 cloves garlic (or more, to taste)
salt

Place in blender and process until a thick, smooth paste forms, adding water until the desired consistency is reached.
