I just found this Meal Chart Generator over at Lots of Kids. All you do is type in your meal choices and it prints up a menu for you. I can't wait to try it out!
And here is another cool tool: a recipe analyser. Just type in the ingredients and number of servings and it will create a nutrition facts label for your recipe.
Can't afford to buy groceries? Why not try using what you already have on hand? I often "shop" from my pantry when the budget is tight; and it looks like I'm not the only one. This article on How to Skip Buying Groceries For a Week has lots of great advice on how to do it. In fact, these are almost exactly the same steps I follow.
