12 chicken thighs
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. spicy brown mustard
1/4 t. Chinese five spice
Place chicken in a baking dish. Whisk remaining ingredients together. Baste chicken with sauce. Roast in a 450 degree oven for 40 minutes or until internal temperature is 170 degrees. Baste twice during cooking.
