Sauerkraut Salad
1-2 1/2 can sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can pimento, chopped fine
1 medium red onion, cut in rings
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
Mix, let stand overnight before serving.
