1 T. grated fresh ginger
1 lg clove garlic
1/4 c. orange juice
1/8 c. lime juice
1/8 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. maple syrup
1/8 c. sesame oil
1/2 c. unsweetened peanut butter
1/4 t. chili powder
1/4 t. salt
Combine in blender. Serve with Spring rolls.
