8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
½ c. shredded Gruyere cheese
½ c. diced celery
2 T. Port wine
1 T. onion
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. horseradish
1/8 t. Tabasco
assorted crackers and breadsticks
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheeses, celery, wine, onion, Worcestershire, horseradish, and Tabasco until well blended. Serve at room temperature with crackers.
