Shrimp

water
salt
frozen shrimp

Bring 1 ½ to 2 quarts water to boil. Add 1 teaspoon salt. Drop in frozen shrimp. Bring again to boil. Let boil hard for one minute or remove from burner after it comes to a boil and let sit 3-5 minutes. Cool immediately in cold water. Drain and refrigerate.
