Zucchini Chocolate Cake

2 c. grated zucchini
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 1/2 t. baking soda
1 pinch baking powder
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix ingredients together and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350ºF. for approx. 35 minutes Top with chocolate frosting.
