Whole Wheat Pancakes

4 c. whole wheat flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 c. old fashioned oats
4 eggs, beaten
4 T. oil
1 c. plain yogurt
3 c. water

Combine ingredients; mix well. Thin slightly with additional water if needed. Fry on a hot griddle.
