Cornbread

1 ½ c. yellow corn meal
2 c. whole wheat flour
¼ c. sugar
8 t. baking powder
½ t. nutmeg

1 ½ t. salt
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
½ c. vegetable oil

Mix dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, and oil. Stir until well mixed. Bake in a well greased 13-inch X 9-inch baking dish at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
