2 t. salt
1 c. orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/3 c. melted butter
4 t. soy sauce
1/4 t. pepper
2 t. ginger
5 lb. chicken thighs, skins removed
Combine salt, pepper, juice, butter, ginger, and soy sauce. Grease baking pan. Place chicken in a single layer; baste with sauce. Cover, refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
