Quiche

8 servings

9-inch unbaked pie crust
4 eggs
¼ t. salt
¼ t. pepper
2 c. ½ and ½ or evaporated milk
8 slices bacon, crumbled or ½ lb. sausage, browned
1 t. onion powder
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Put meat, cheese, and onion powder in bottom of crust. Combine remaining ingredients and slowly pour into crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
