Chili Cheese Balls

2 c. (½ lb.) sharp Old English cheese
3 oz. cream cheese
¼ t. garlic powder
1/8 t. onion salt
dash black pepper
1 T. lemon juice
¼ c. finely chopped pecans
1 t. chili powder
1 t. paprika

Shred cheese. Bring cream cheese to room temperature. Combine first 6 ingredients. Beat with fork until fluffy. Stir in nuts. Butter hands and form mixture into two balls. Combine chili powder and paprika, place on wax paper and roll balls in this mixture. Chill.* Let set at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with crackers and knife on tray.
*Can freeze.
