1 lb. pork sausage, browned
8 eggs
½ c. milk
hash browns
¼ t. onion powder
1 c. sour cream
2 slices bacon, browned and crumbled
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Scramble eggs with milk, cook in butter. Place a ½ inch layer of hash browns in the bottom of a 13 X 9 inch baking dish. Make a layer of sausage, then eggs. Sprinkle with onion powder, dot with sour cream. (Or mix sour cream with cooked eggs before adding to casserole.) Sprinkle on cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
